Annex 2 – Methodological Norms for the Application of Law No. 544/2001
INFORMATION BULLETIN
NOTE: Each category of information shall include a reference (a link) to the page where that information is displayed on the website of the respective authority.
a) the normative acts regulating the organization and functioning of the public authority or institution.
b) the organizational structure, the responsibilities of departments, the operating schedule, and the audience/hearing schedule of the public authority or institution.
c) the first and last names of the persons in the management of the public authority or institution, as well as of the official responsible for disseminating public information.

j) the methods for contesting the decision of the public authority or institution if a person considers that their right of access to the requested public interest information has been violated.
