What are email references?
Providing reference services via electronic mail (e-mail) is a library service intended for remote users who have access to the Internet.
Types of requests
Through this service, the following categories of information are provided:
– bibliographic references from the library’s own traditional and electronic catalogues, as well as from other library sources;
– any other specific question or simple information request concerning the library collections;
– requests requiring bibliographic research, without involving in-depth knowledge of a particular field of knowledge;
– general information about the library (structure, addresses, services, organized cultural events, etc.).
